Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs)
If your department requires support beyond Enterprise Technology’s free-of-charge web consulting services, you may want to consider engaging with the Enterprise Technology Web Services team for a one-time project or annual subscription-based support via a Service Partnership Agreement (SPA). New SPAs can be requested at any time throughout the year and can be purchased to resource your one-time Webspark projects or longer term Webspark maintenance needs.
SPAs will be based on mutually agreed upon terms and will outline scope of work and responsibilities of all parties involved.
One-time Custom Website Projects
- ASU Web Standards compliant and Webspark 2 based web development
- Your dedicated team can include a project manager, web developers, visual designers, UX designers, and other resources as determined by your work scope
- From simple to customized design, layouts and templates
- Content migrations
- Coordination of site launch
- Training to empower you and your team to manage your site
- Web hosting invoiced separately
- Future code maintenance not included (available separately via annual support subscription)
Cost: $125/hr; total determined by your work scope. Please contact us for an estimate.

Delivery: variable based on project size and complexity
Annual Subscription for Website Maintenance and Support
- Post-launch support for Webspark 2 sites and custom development web applications:
- Webspark distribution updates, security vulnerability remediation, incident support, bug fixes
- Training to empower you to manage your site
- Billed annually depending on your website needs
- Available in increments of 5, 10, 20, 40 hours per week
- Web hosting invoiced separately
- Work requests prioritized and scheduled via regular sprint planning meetings
- Website maintenance subscriptions are subject to Enterprise Technology completing a developer review of your website and confirming that resources are available to support your site's current code base and architecture.
Cost: $125/hr; total determined by your work scope. Please contact us for an estimate.
Scheduling: work is planned in two-week sprint cycles
Delivery: within 1-3 sprints
Annual Subscription for Website Maintenance only (flat rate)
- Minimal post-launch support for simple and small Webspark 2 sites without customizations: Webspark distribution updates, security vulnerability remediation, incident support, bug fixes
- Billed annually
- Web hosting invoiced separately
- Website maintenance subscriptions are subject to Enterprise Technology completing a developer review of your website to verify that it meets eligibility for support under this subscription. Websites must meet the following conditions for eligibility:
- Webspark 2
- Contain fewer than 8 public-facing pages
- No custom theme
- No custom content types
- No custom views
- No Webforms, SendGrid
- No modules outside of Webspark 2
- Enterprise Technology Web Services approval for eligibility
Cost: $1,590/year.
